Hardware Installation Terms

Section 1: Onsite Installation

1.1 The device quotation does not include the cost of onsite installation. An additional fee will be incurred for onsite installation.

1.2 For locations outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor but within Peninsular Malaysia, an additional fee per device per location will be incurred for onsite installation.

1.3 If the client’s location is outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor but within Peninsular Malaysia, Lightman Consulting can courier the device to the client’s office.

Section 2: Door Access Accessories & Installation

2.1 The device quotation does not include door access accessories and installation.

2.2 If door access accessories and installation are required within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, an additional fee per device per location will be incurred.

2.3 For locations outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor but within Peninsular Malaysia, an additional fee per device per location will be incurred if door access accessories and installation are required.

Section 3: Electrical Points

3.1 Clients are required to provide a power point for device installation.

3.2 Clients are required to provide a network point for device installation.
