Founded in 2004 by a team of software industry leaders with more than three decades of experience, Lightman initially focused on in-house built window-based HR applications with a particular emphasis on Malaysia Payroll Processing.
2010
Recognizing the digital evolution of the Malaysia's HR industry, we released a Web-Based HR Application in 2010, offering a suite of HR modules including Payroll, Leave, Claim, and Attendance.
2016
In 2016, we took a significant leap forward with the release of Worksy, a SaaS Cloud-Based HR Software designed to cater to businesses of all sizes and across various industries.'
