Project tracking, built into the clock-in they already do.
Staff don’t need a separate app or screen for project costing. When clocking in from their phone, they select the project and skill from the same screen. Time gets logged against the right project automatically, so actual manpower costs stay accurate without anyone filling in a separate timesheet.

HR teams across Malaysia already work this way.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can we track the total cost or budget allocated for each project?
Yes. When creating a project, users can enter the Project Total Cost as the project’s budget amount, along with the project start and end dates and target completion hours.
- How does Worksy track which employee is working on which project?
Employees must first be assigned to the relevant project. When clocking in or out, they can select the Project and Skill they are working on. This is then recorded under Project Attendance.
- Can employees work on different projects within the same day?
Yes. Employees can select the relevant project when clocking in or out, including when switching to a different project during their working day.
- Can different pay rates or payroll items be applied to different projects?
Yes. When setting up a project, users can assign a specific Payroll Item that determines how compensation is calculated for that project. A project can also have its own overtime pattern.
- What reports are available for management to review project cost and attendance?
Worksy currently provides several Project Cost reports to help monitor project cost and manpower, including Project Listing (Interactive), Overall Project Attendance, Individual Project Cost Report and Individual Project Payroll Detail (Interactive).
