- Can we manage HRD Corp / HRDF training information in Worksy?
Yes. The Training module is designed to capture the information required for the HRDF Training Form, including employer information, training provider, programme information, participant details, costing, and supporting documents.
- Do we need to key in employee information again when adding participants to a training?
No. When employees are added as trainees, their information is automatically pulled from their existing Employee Profile in Worksy.
- Can we record whether a training is HRD Corp claimable, along with the relevant grant information?
Yes. Users can indicate whether the course is HRD Corp claimable and record details such as the Serial No., Grant No. and Scheme Name. The HRD Corp application status can also be maintained in Worksy.
- Can we track employee attendance and results after the training is completed?
Yes. HR or Admin can use the Course Batch & Completion screen to mark employee attendance and manage trainees’ grading, assessment and completion information.
- Can Worksy keep employees' training and certification records?
Yes. The Training module supports training completion and certification tracking. The Employee Profile also includes an Experience section, where the trainings an employee has attended and the certificates they hold can be kept as part of their record.
